Skills developed: Technical, Adaptability, Scripting
Oosha Limited – RMM Administrator & 3rd Line Support
July 2017 – September 2018
During this period, I took over management of the existing RMM platform, it started in a state where 95% of alerts were unnecessary noise, patching was sporadic and often caused large outages when it did run and there were no custom monitors for our core solutions I brought this to the point where patching is mostly automated and staggered via policy to minimise the risk of disruption, most months no intervention is required Most environments were also in an unhealthy state due to the previous lack of monitoring, I improved stability and monitoring of a wide range of systems and applications (Windows, Citrix, RDS, SQL) This role also included a plethora of responsibilities including management of AV, DNS security, password manager, remote access, network monitoring, firewall maintenance, implementation of changes via RFC
Skills developed: Technical, Self-motivation, Decision Making

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council - IT Infrastructure Apprentice
August 2015 – August 2016
As the infrastructure apprentice I assisted a wide range of teams with projects ranging from technical (active directory user/group management, SQL/PowerShell) to management (co-ordinating with multiple teams so their members laptops can be upgraded with minimal disruption to themselves and the business, work orders for datacentre migration) I have been trusted to run and manage my time during most of these projects. Because of the low supervision and guidance required, the other team members have had the time to work on more projects. By completing my projects quickly and efficiently I have also had a lot of time to shadow and assist 3rd and 2nd line support with their day to day activities
Skills developed: Technical, time/resource management, customer/employee relations
